- Once clear, before each inspection, use your lawnmower to perform a quick cut.
- If you can, clean the lines between your yard and driveway or paths.
Consistent Lighting
The lighting in your home can have a large impact on how comfortable buyers feel in and about your home. Take a tour of your home and:- Replace any bulbs which have blown.
- Replace any bulbs which are dimmer than others in the room.
- If any lights flicker, replace them.
- Lastly, if any lights take a while to switch on, replace them.
